BBC Breakfast: Naga Munchetty leaves viewers distracted as she runs onto set ‘late’

Presenter Tim Muffett introduced a segment on Harry’s achievements, later catching up with him at his home, where the veteran admitted he’d been feeling “a bit sad” due to being on his own for the last couple of months.

Speaking of the event he was missing today, Harry said: “I am there in my mind. That’s one thing about me, I’ve got a very good memory.”

Tim revealed: “We have got some images of the memorial, so we can show you,” before connecting him with Alan Neades, the son of a man who died in his arms during the war.

The pair were able to have a touching video-call with, discussing Alan’s late father, with Tim ending the segment by telling viewers the pair were “planning to stay in touch.”
