You should only contact NHS 111 for the following reasons:
- You feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
- Your condition gets worse
- Your symptoms do not get better after seven days
At present, ministers aren’t ruling out the option of closing bars, restaurants and non-essential shops – akin to Italy and Spain.
