David Walliams loses it with Simon Cowell over BGT blunder: ‘I’m going to sue’

The ITV reality show is set to return tonight on ITV and Simon, David, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden will all return to see who has what it takes to perform at the Royal Variety Show.

In a special episode tonight, viewers will get to see a junior choir singing an original song in memory of the fallen war on the weekend of the 75th anniversary of VE Day.

The judges will be left speechless after the performance by the group set up by Britain’s Got Talent former contestants, the D Day Darlings, singing Pass It On.

The group is made up of kids between the ages of six and 16 and as they sing to the audience, black and white photos of soldiers who fought in the war will project on the screen behind them.

Before this emotional performance, however, Simon takes the judges for a spin.

He will be seen struggling to keep control of a golf buggy as he transports David, Alesha, and Amanda around the ITV studio.

Disaster will strike when the brakes on the buggy fail and the vehicle hits another buggy.

Alesha will quiz Simon on his driving skills but also on whether he knew all along where the brakes on the vehicle were.

Love Island 2020 has now been cancelled as ITV bosses struggled to find a way to do it safely, and BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing bosses are continuing to monitor the ongoing situation, but what does the future hold of the BGT live shows?

Judge Amanda recently spoke to Huffington Post and explained: “All of the main judges have been given a date to hold in early autumn to see if it works live.

“We would never do it without an audience because we’ve always said the British public is the fifth judge. It would be no fun without them!

“We’ll see what happens, but we are planning to do it this year.”
