Google Maps Street View was initially developed in 2007 to help users get an on-the-ground look at towns and cities around the world. However, over the years people have begun to use it for another reason.
The other, while painted in a more demure shade of brown, is complete with bright yellow details.
The window and door frames are coated in sunshine yellow.
Surrounding the entire property is a wooden fence.
Meanwhile, a wooden signpost stands out front.
Atop the signpost is two smaller versions of the houses, with each of the signs pointing to various amenities including a “cafe”.
Indeed, it is clear this bizarre building is something of an attraction in the area.
In the scene, a woman can be seen apparently posing for a photograph to the right of the property.
The Google Maps user who found the building shared it to Reddit, commenting: “Crooked House somewhere in Brazil.”
It turns out, the building is named Casa Torta and is an art hub.
According to Trip Advisor, the attraction focusses on “imagination” and is home to an array of creative games, storytelling and paintings.
The house also has a “small shop” with plenty of toys and “creative games” for visitors to purchase.
Casa Torta is the brainchild of two actors and focuses on entertainment, creativity and theatre.
