Hyundai recall almost 100,000 models in fire risk as owners urged to park away from houses

Updates to the models will involve installing a new relay kit to the circuit board which should fix the problem.
Hyundai believes replacement parts to fix the issues should be available at dealers from July 2020.
Dealers will make the repairs free of charge for all affected Hyundai motorists.
A similar issue has already affected US models this year with over 400,000 recalled by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in February.
Almost 430,000 cars were recalled for fears of an electrical short or engine fire as water fell into the antilock brake system.
