Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Archewell trademark REJECTED for surprising reason

The application was turned down because they didn’t sign it, according to the Sun. The paper also reported it was “too vague” and the pair did not pay all the fees that were required. The Sun added the trademark was filed by Cobblestone Lane LLC and is registered in Delaware but also linked to the Beverly Hills offices of a Hollywood lawyer who has Meghan has previously worked with.

An examiner reportedly reviewed their application on May 26, before they were sent an “Irregularity Notice” by the USPTO, which listed a number of errors in the application.

This included the vague nature of the proposed charitable work.

The Notice also had a number of changes to made made, which will reportedly need to be made by the former royal couple’s attorney, Marjorie Witter Norman, by August 22.

If they fail to do this, the application will become “abandoned”.
