Mighty P30 Pro deal could give you a big reason not to buy the Galaxy S20

Mighty P30 Pro deal could give you a big reason not to buy the Galaxy S20

Huawei’s P30 Pro was, without doubt, one of the very best phones of 2019. This flagship device arrives packing a triple rear camera, stunning 6.4-inch OLED screen, fast processor and giant 4,200mAh battery which can refill other devices via a technology called reverse wireless charging.

With these top specs included under its glass and metal body the P30 Pro was never a cheap device to buy.

When it first hit stores back in March 2019 it would have set you back a whopping £899 but things have taken quite a drop in recent months.

Some retailers such as Currys and Argos have reduced prices to just £699 and there’s also some offers on contract with things started from as little as £20 per month.

And now there’s a new deal which makes things even better for Huawei fans.

BT’s online store currently has the P30 Pro in stock for a price of just £649 – that’s a saving of £250 off the original price.

This is a limited time deal so there might not be too long to grab this discount but, if you are quick, this is a discount that’s hard to ignore.

The Huawei price cuts come as Samsung’s latest and greatest smartphones are about to hit stores and they are lot more expensive than the older P30 Pro.

The new Galaxy S20 will set you back at least £799 with some versions of this phone pushing through the £1,200 barrier.

In fact, the ultimate Galaxy S20 Ultra with 512GB of storage is priced at £1,399 – ouch!

Admittedly, these new devices from Samsung do offer some pretty mighty specs with Ultra getting a massive XX-inch screen, huge XX battery and a quad rear camera that features a 100 times zoom.

The entire range is also fully compatible with the latest 5G technology meaning the phone in your pocket will be able to offer better download speeds than your home broadband.

The Galaxy S20 will arrive in stores early next month and clearly offers a number of improvements over the Mate 30 Pro.

However, if paying over £1000 for a new phone sounds a bit rich then the new deals on the Mate 30 Pro certainly look appealing.
