The news comes after a warning about the effect of online gaming on internet bandwidth went viral.
The alert was posted by actor Dave Vescio who claimed gamers are being urged to play at “reasonable times” to avoid putting a strain on internet networks.
The tweet went viral, with over 44,000 likes and more than 7,000 retweets.
