Reports coming in from gamers tonight suggest that Rainbow Six Siege servers are down across platforms.
Ubisoft has provided an update on the situation, confirming that issues have been flagged tonight.
It appears tonight’s problems are not just affecting Rainbow Six Siege, with Ubisoft confirming problems across games.
It also appears to be an issue affecting Ubisoft titles on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
The latest news from Ubisoft explains: “Hello everyone. We’re aware of an issue currently affecting connectivity and are working towards resolving this.
“We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. Please be sure to check this thread for future updates. Thanks.”
So far, it appears that Rainbow Six Siege on PC is the worst affected game but others may also be suffering similar issues.
It’s unclear what is causing tonight’s problems or how long they might last in Rainbow Six Siege.
The good news is that Ubisoft is aware of the problems and that probably means this will be a short outage.
