Tesco, Asda, M&S and Sainsbury’s make huge changes to when customers can shop

Sainsbury’s website states: “To reduce queuing times both inside and outside our stores we have been extending our opening hours.
“The majority of our supermarkets are now open from 07.00 to 22.00 and we encourage you to visit our stores throughout the day to avoid queues when stores open in the morning.”
NHS workers and carers can get priority entry from 7.30am to 8am Monday to Saturday.
Elderly and vulnerable customers can skip queues between 8am and 9am Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

If shopping at an M&S Foodhall, elderly customers will get priority access in the mornings.
