The recovery group also says all vehicles must display parking lights for the duration of their stay on a road with a speed limit above 30mph.
They warn parking on the right-hand side of the road is never allowed at night except on a one-way street.
However, the Highway Code says some vehicles are able to park without lights on at night if they follow certain rules.

The Code says these vehicles should be at least 10 metres away from a junction and far enough away from the kerb.
