Tim Lovejoy shuts down Sunday Brunch guest over Dominic Cummings jibe: ‘Wrong channel’
Speaking with the host about all things Bake Off: The Professionals which returns next week, the comedian said: “Isn’t it nice to be out and about?
“To be free to come to the studio today, oh I felt like Dominic Cummings,” he jibed, with Tim awkwardly laughing off the statement.
“It was so nice to be out and about,” the guest continued, to which the presenter then seemed to shut him down.
“The politics – this is the wrong channel for the politics,” the presenter remarked, with the comedian replying: “I know.”
