Top Gear’s return date ‘confirmed’ as Paddy McGuinness drops BBC show bombshell

In view of his 590,000 followers, Chris could be seen perching on the bonnet of a car outside an amusement park, with Paddy and Freddie mirroring his pose.
Captioning the colourful shot, the presenter wrote: “First day back with my oversized northern pals yesterday.
“I’d forgotten how good laughter is for the soul. @topgear,” he continued, so hopefully viewers won’t have to wait too much longer for the new episodes.
When they do finally air, the instalments will be moving across from BBC Two to BBC One after the announcement was made earlier this year the success of viewing figures meant the show could move over to the broadcaster’s flagship channel.
Top Gear returns later this year on BBC One.
