“The cold front will move through on Saturday evening with heavier rain and stronger winds, gales for western coasts.
“After a very mild start to Saturday night, temperatures will fall for Scotland and Northern Ireland as the winds veer to the west.
“The frontal rain will still be over SE England early on Sunday but there will be sharp showers following, with hail and thunder.
“Quite a cluster has been showing up for SW Britain on Sunday morning moving east over Wales then England.
“With a low centre to the north of Scotland, there will be more showers blown in on brisk winds with snow over the mountains again.”
